My name is Jolie. I have always lived in Chicagoland. I am a Kindergarten teacher. I am a Virgo. I love my family and friends. I will be very loyal to you, unless of course you cross me, and then you will be dead to me. :) My grandmother is my favorite person, because we understand each other best. My favorite band has always been Alkaline Trio, and my favorite movie changes with my mood. I love both laughing and crying. My favorite time of year is the month of October, which culminates in the best holiday ever, Halloween. I think the best pizza is from Lou Malnati's. I have a really good memory, and my memories are some of my most prized possessions. I'm what you'd call girly because I love getting pedicures and massages, and I get my hair colored every 4 weeks. Currently, I am mostly Pescetarian, and sometimes not. But none of this defines me, because I am just me, and I'm always changing and growing. Throwdown

For his birthday, Matt got a Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker from my parents.  It came with the promise of an Ice Cream Throwdown between Matt and my mom.  So, of course, we immediately went into intense R&D to invent his signature flavor.  He decided on PB&J.  We had a great time choosing our ingredients and developing the recipe.  The first batch turned out soooooo good.  We had his family taste it, and everyone enjoyed it.  My only criticism?  MORE jelly!

As of now, my mom has yet to take her ice cream maker out of the box.  She doesn’t know of our flavor, but I think she may already be intimidated!  Ha :)
